These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iridiom, Inc. ("Iridiom," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Iridiom platform and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at legal@iridiom.com for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Iridiom, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Services ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Iridiom, Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
